Case Study

Despite its excellent skills, wealth of experience and advanced technologies, one client has missed many kinds of business opportunities due to its insufficient zeal for expanding its business. Indeed, it did not realize its own competencies. Taking interest in this, PM Global conducted interviews with the client's on-site managers to determine their intentions and their self-confidence in taking on new business fields. We then explained our proposal for a business innovation plan to share their visions of the future with the President.

Our proposal was very well received by management, so we are currently planning a unique "mind-changing" training program to seek views on aggressive overseas expansion from young leaders. On top of this, the President asked us for ideas on a new business model in Asia, so we are preparing a new strategy targeting Asian countries with a thorough review of all competencies and consideration for a vast array of potential.
