The Problem
As a part of an R&D process improvement project, a client planned to replace its existing R&D support system at its overseas headquarters. But even after the new system was launched, usage rates for the system remained low, even just prior to the point of official switchover. Therefore, getting people to immediately start using the system became an urgent issue.
