Your Needs Improving Your Company
Companies are implementing huge numbers of corporate innovation projects in various fields, such as human resource organization and training, technology, efficiency through global outsourcing or enhanced manufacturing processes, and distribution processes in supply chains or marketing. However, even in instances in which innovation projects are detailed in business plans or mid- to long-term strategies, companies often face various hurdles in their execution processes.
Issues for Internal Improvement

- Inability to determine direction of a project due to differing views
Case Study
The Problem
One of our clients was planning a global outsourcing project and faced the need to set up a new procurement procedure using a new electronic data information system to provide to existing suppliers abroad. However, the new system’s implementation had not been completed even though its official inauguration was right around the corner. So the plan had to be revised in order to launch the project on schedule.
The Solution
PM Global reviewed and reworked the plan to include a project execution structure based on an analysis of issues. Then, we defined success criteria and held meetings and individual sessions with internal users and suppliers in Korea, China and India to explain the new procedure and obtain their consent. Furthermore, we introduced a support system for all users with the cooperation of system partners located in Germany and Hungary to realize quick and smooth implementation.
PMGlobal deeply contributed toward the team globalization.
