PM Global, Inc. fully acknowledges that the careful protection of personal information is an essential, social duty, and declares that all of its officers and employees will enact a personal information protection compliance program which is set up conforming to JIS Q 15001, and will both properly handle and thoroughly protect personal information.

1. Compliance Program for the Protection of Personal Information

・Regulations pertaining to standards and operations for the appropriate handling of personal information.
・Code of conduct and specific rules for preventing unauthorized access to personal information and for its loss, destruction, falsification and leakage.

2. Organizational Activity

We practice the following activities in order to realize personal information protection.
・All officers and employees abide by laws, national guidelines and other standards pertaining to the handling of personal information.
・We select a personal information protection manager from within the company, give them the responsibility and authority to implement and operate compliance program and have him/her carry it out.
・We select personal information protection auditors from within the company, regularly audit compliance program and confirm and improve company regulations and our operation status.
・We display this basic policy on our website, in our company brochure and elsewhere so that it can be viewed by anyone at anytime.
・We occasionally review compliance program and continuously try to improve it.

・In order to avoid trouble where personal information is leaked to the outside, maliciously falsified, lost or damaged, we implement security measures for prevention and correction.

Collection, usage and provision of personal information
・As for the acquisition of personal information, we disclose the reason for its acquisition and purpose of its usage to the relevant individuals, limit its range of use and handle it appropriately.

Respect for individual rights
・We respect individual rights concerning personal information. We accept individuals' requests for disclosure, modification and deletion of personal information.
