We’ve launched our “Immersive Reality Training” program.

Our CEO, Tomoyuki Kogure, conducted training aimed at enhancing communication and business skills for a major Japanese company operating in the global market.

This time, we set the concept of “understanding the other person's perspective and considering how to communicate” as the key to communication within and outside the organization. We focused on feedback and negotiation, which are particularly important in business settings, and developed the content accordingly.

To make it easier to understand the other person's perspective and personality, we adopted the “immersive reality training” approach. To maximize the benefits of the immersive format, we assigned specific roles to all participants and aimed for them to complete real-world missions.

On the day of the event, a total of 30 participants were divided into multiple groups and participated simultaneously. We paid close attention to the operation to ensure that everyone could remain immersed at all times.

Through the three-day program conducted entirely in English, participants shared feedback such as, “At first, I was hesitant about playing a character so different from my real self, but it became a valuable opportunity to deeply reflect on fundamental aspects of communication, such as how others think, how they communicate, and what they seek.”

We were delighted to see the participants' proactive attitude and enthusiasm, as well as the overwhelming response, which exceeded our expectations. This immersive reality training program, which offers a truly deep immersive experience, has confirmed our belief that creating simulated situations can serve as a stepping stone for solving various challenges within companies.

We look forward to the future success of those who completed the training program and will continue to provide such opportunities to as many people as possible.
