Our “Immersive Reality Training™” is a human resource development program that allows participants to fully embody another person’s perspective and personality. Through this experience, participants learn to respect others while making a sincere effort to understand how they think and feel.
What Is Immersive Reality Training™?
In this program, participants are assigned specific roles as characters in a virtual business scenario. Within a limited time, they must work toward achieving a given goal.
Participants act based on detailed character settings.
While the scenario has a minimum level of structure, the progression is flexible—there is no scripted path.
The training cultivates the ability to read the intentions of others and adapt accordingly.
At times, a single comment can trigger unexpected developments.
This dynamic experience simulates situations that are highly likely to occur in everyday business, helping participants build adaptability, responsiveness, and communication agility.

2. Scenario Development
We create a fictional but realistic business setting, along with a clear mission and defined conditions.
3. Program Design
Based on the goals and practical considerations, we finalize the content, number of participants, and training period.
4. Training Execution
The program is delivered in a dedicated space, separate from regular work environments, with only participants present.
5. Follow-Up
After the training, we review progress toward the KPIs set at the outset and support participants in applying what they’ve learned to their actual work.

AFees vary depending on program design and the level of customization. The minimum fee starts at JPY 300,000 (excluding tax) for a program with approximately five participants.
