Associate Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manager to lead and manage IT projects in close collaboration with clients and team members.

In this role, you will:
● Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
● Communicate openly and effectively with clients and team members
● Identify issues and work with the Manager to develop and implement solutions
● Participate in international conference calls across different time zones, requiring both stamina and motivation

Key Responsibilities

● Achieve clients' business goals by leading and delivering projects and programs
● Build strong business relationships with clients to analyze needs and define tasks
● Monitor project progress and take necessary actions in collaboration with the Manager

Job Requirements

● Fluent in both English and Japanese (English: TOEIC score of 750+ / Japanese: Native level)
● Minimum of 2 years' experience in a global business environment
● Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
● Basic knowledge of IT (advanced knowledge not required) and a strong interest in the IT business

Location

Head Office (Shibuya-ku) and client offices

Most clients are based in Tokyo or Kanagawa; however, domestic or overseas business trips may be required depending on the project.

Working Time / Holiday

9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (may vary depending on client requirements)
Five-day workweek (Monday to Friday)
New Year holidays / Summer holidays
Paid leave

Salary

Commensurate with experience and skills
Negotiable based on qualifications
