How Participants Experienced the Training — Before & After

In PM Global’s Immersive Reality Training™, participants take on roles with different values, responsibilities, and perspectives. As they embody someone unlike themselves and work toward a shared mission, they encounter confusion, unexpected viewpoints, and the true essence of collaboration. What kinds of changes emerged through this realistic, perspective-shifting experience?

■ Before the Training

“To be honest, I’m not sure what this training is supposed to be.”

“Become someone else? How does that relate to my actual job?”

“I’ve been to many trainings before. I assumed this one would also end up being all theory.”

Many participants initially felt uncertain about this unfamiliar format. Yet once the mission began, something shifted. They naturally started understanding each other’s roles, engaged in the scenarios, and gradually became immersed in the experience.

■ After the Training

“This experience was convincing and meaningful because the learning came from my own actions.”

“Playing a role or character is actually similar to leading a team in real life.”
